– Being in charge of some Administration issues & Administration support to concerned departments;
– Being in charge of implementation the procedures to apply Visa, Work permit for staffs to business trip and foreigners who work in Company;
– Being in charge of implementation the procedures for Social Insurance and Health Insurance;
– Being in charge of preparing correspondence, letter, administration documents, Labor Contract and keep track of monitoring all documents in SAF department ( Accounting, Administration, Human Resource and Law documents);
– Support Accounting department in payment by cash;
– Handle other tasks requested by Chief Accountant.
– Have at least 1 year working experience in Administration and Human Resources field;
– Have experience in visa, work permit; and Social Insurance procedures;
– Fluently in reading, comprehension and writing in French;
– Ability and flexible in working by team;
– Careful, hard working, open – minded and willing to learn;
– Prefer those who are graduated from French department at Universities.
